Our cold/heat packs and wellness products may be suitable for purchase using your NDIS funding under certain plan categories, such as:

  • Daily Living Aids
  • Assistive Technology (Low-Risk Items)

If you are NDIS self-managed or plan-managed, you can order directly through us and claim your purchase as part of your NDIS budget (subject to approval based on your individual plan).

Purchase Instructions

Self-Managed Participants

Place your order online like usual and use your email tax invoice/receipt for reimbursement.

 

Plan-Managed Participants

We can send an invoice directly to your Plan Manager. Just email us at info@canberraday.com with:

  • Participant’s name
  • Delivery address
  • Product(s) required
  • NDIS number (optional)
  • Plan Manager’s email for invoicing

We’ll do the rest and ship your order once payment is confirmed.
